A look behind the scenes
As part of the project, we had the pleasure of welcoming two students to our company on June 30, 2026, and giving them a glimpse into our work. After an introduction to our companies and their areas of activity, we took them on a tour of our facilities at the Gewerbering in Dohna. There was a lot of technology to see, especially in the F&S test lab and the E&A manufacturing center.
Experience technology
Through wiring, cable assembly, and soldering, the students were able to get hands-on experience and get a first feel for the materials we use in our daily work. Under the guidance of our employees, they gained a real sense of the day-to-day work of an industrial electronics technician (m/f/d). Anyone who would like to delve even deeper into our work environment and gain practical experience can complete a pupil internship or an internship with us during school breaks.
A successful project day
This project shows us how important hands-on insights are for career guidance. We’d like to thank the students for their interest, their motivation, and the wonderful day we spent together, and we’re delighted to have been part of the “genialsozial” project.
