CareerStart 2026: We look back on three successful days at the trade show.

Together with DB Energie GmbH, PBVI GmbH, and the Veaxo Group, F&S PROZESSAUTOMATION GmbH exhibited at a joint booth organized by Rail.S. e.V. All participating companies operate in the railway infrastructure sector and offered comprehensive insights into their respective fields of activity as well as joint career opportunities within the industry at the booth.
We were able to use the trade show to engage with numerous high school students interested in our apprenticeship opportunities and dual degree programs. The interest in technical professions was clearly evident. We also had interesting conversations with college students and skilled professionals. The focus was on work-study positions, thesis projects, as well as further entry-level opportunities and career prospects within our corporate group.
We are always happy to offer those with a passion for technology the opportunity to get to know us outside of trade shows and gain insight into our companies – for example, through an internship or open house days. Discussions at the trade show revealed that general interest in technical careers is on the rise. Direct conversations confirmed the high demand for information and the growing interest in practical entry-level opportunities – among high school students, college students, and qualified professionals alike.
