In March, E&A Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung GmbH and F&S PROZESSAUTOMATION GmbH opened their doors in the Dohna industrial park to students in 7th grade and above to introduce them to the profession of industrial electronics technician (m/f/d).
It was a particular pleasure for us to support young people in their career exploration and to connect with them. Events like “Schau rein!” are invaluable to us. They not only provide a platform for students to gain insights into our company, but also allow us to identify and nurture potential future employees at an early stage.
Our company tour began at F&S PROZESSAUTOMATION GmbH, where the students first had the opportunity to get to know us and learn about our line of work. We then proceeded to the production center of E&A Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung GmbH. Here, everyone had the chance to get hands-on and put their technical skills to the test in a small task. The career orientation day thus offered the opportunity to experience electrical engineering in practice and explore their own abilities. A concluding Q&A session allowed the students to ask any questions they had about training with us.
We hope that we were able to give the participants an authentic insight into the apprenticeship program for Industrial Electronics Technicians (m/f/d) and are pleased if we can thereby contribute to the career orientation of young talent. That is why we will be participating in “Schau rein!” again next year.
