Due to our highly specialized field of business, you can expect to learn a lot of new things right from the start, regardless of your level of experience. We usually allow for a 1-2 year training period until you are really immersed in the subject matter and can work confidently with our technologies and processes.
With us, you benefit from flexible flexitime, allowing you to organize your working hours yourself within a certain framework.
Hybrid working with a home office is possible depending on your area of responsibility and position. Tasks that do not require you to be present can be carried out flexibly.
