There are various ways to join us, depending on your qualifications and where you want to go in your career:
- With a skilled worker qualification in an electrical engineering profession – for example, as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, electrical systems installer, or with comparable training – you can start with us as a switch cabinet and electrical installer in production and assembly or as a senior installer. Here, you will work directly on our systems, take on responsibility on the construction site, and gradually take on more tasks.
- With a skilled worker qualification and further training as a technician or master craftsman, you will have further prospects. For example, you can join us as a site manager in plant engineering and manage the technical implementation of complex projects on the construction site.
It is also possible to change careers, for example in the area of contract wiring in our production department. We will support you in building up any missing specialist knowledge and developing your skills.
Depending on the position, you will mainly work at one of our locations or on construction sites. If we require you to be willing to travel, this will always be mentioned in the job advertisement.
As a service technician or electrician in the field, you should be willing to travel from Monday to Friday.
Our construction sites are usually located within Germany. However, we may also be called upon to work worldwide.
