#FAQ
So you can stay SAFE.
Quick answers – your most important questions.
A degree in electrical engineering or information technology is suitable for joining our development team.
Our development team benefits from the broad expertise of each employee. New employees start in one subject area and gradually expand their fields of activity. For example, after starting in circuit board design, the next topic could be FPGA development with hardware description languages, followed by software development in C++. Another way to expand the scope of responsibilities would be to work in the project business with the development of project-related application software or to work in the field of control engineering.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about development and technology. Interest and comprehension are more important to us than certificates and grades. The motivation to dive deep and explore new topics is just as important as working responsibly.
We are too small for inefficiency, bureaucracy, and wasted effort. No hours-long meetings without results. Short decision-making processes, high personal responsibility. Every developer at our company makes a directly recognizable contribution to the success of a product. We fragment the development process as little as possible.
It all starts with an idea, which often arises from the needs and experiences of the project business. The concept is refined, simulations are carried out, and calculations are made. The circuit design is used to create laboratory samples, which are tested in our test fields. All parameters are qualified in a type test. At the same time, automated test sequences are created for unit testing. The product reaches series production readiness and is used in our projects. Integration is supervised by the development team, in some cases until commissioning on site.
